These images and recordings may be used to document and promote OLAMI UK’s charitable work, including through our websites, social-media channels, email communications, presentations, printed publications, fundraising materials and other promotional media.

Where appropriate, we rely on our legitimate interests in recording, communicating and promoting our charitable activities. We will seek to ensure that our use of photographs and recordings is reasonable, proportionate and respectful of the individuals shown.

We will normally obtain specific permission before using an image where:

  • an individual is the principal or prominent subject of a marketing campaign;

  • the image may reasonably suggest that the individual personally endorses OLAMI UK or a particular service, campaign or message;

  • the image is of a sensitive, private or potentially embarrassing nature; or

We will consider all requests promptly and will normally remove the image from future use where reasonably practicable.
